Safe Harbor
As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, we claim safe harbor protection under Section 79. We do not create or modify the content of reports but provide a platform for their submission and review. We will act expeditiously to remove any content that is found to be in violation of Indian law upon receiving a valid court order or notification from an appropriate government agency.
